Inventory Pilot

Privacy Policy

Effective August 29, 2026

Who we are

Pitter Enterprises LLC provides Inventory Pilot, a business inventory and operations application. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to customers and authorized employees.

Information we collect

  • Company and account information, including company name, employee names, business email addresses, roles, login codes, and securely hashed sign-in PINs.
  • Inventory and operational records, including item names, categories, SKUs, barcodes, quantities, costs, selling prices, locations, customer and job references, notes, vendors, purchase orders, packing slips, reports, and transaction history.
  • Photos that an authorized user chooses to add to an inventory item.
  • Subscription information such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and renewal information. Pitter Enterprises LLC does not store complete payment-card numbers; Stripe processes payment details.
  • Basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as session information, request records, browser or device type, and error data.

Camera and photo access

Inventory Pilot requests camera access only when a user starts the barcode scanner or chooses to take an inventory photo. Camera images are processed for the requested feature and the app does not continuously record in the background. Photo-library access is used only when a user chooses to select or save an inventory image.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure company accounts; keep inventory, purchasing, checkout, and reporting records synchronized; enforce employee permissions and seat limits; provide support; process subscriptions; troubleshoot problems; and comply with applicable legal and business obligations. We do not sell personal information or use customer inventory data for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Cloudflare for application hosting, databases, file storage, delivery, and security, and Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing. These providers handle information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, and security of our customers, Pitter Enterprises LLC, or others.

Retention and security

We keep account and operational information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and protected credentials, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Company administrators can update many account and operational records in Inventory Pilot. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information, contact us. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, contractual, or legal purposes. Device camera and photo permissions can be changed at any time in the device settings.

Children and changes

Inventory Pilot is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
